Delivery information.

If you have subscribed to the printed magazine for a year, issues are sent out with the intention of arriving on the 1st of September, December, March and June. However, due to printing delays or postal delays this can sometimes vary. If you do not receive your issue by the 5th of September, December, March and June, please do email us at [email protected] so we can try to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. 

If you order a one off copy of the printed issue, please allow up to 10 working days for your copy to arrive- our printers are based in Holland and have to come to us before coming to you so this can take some time! If you have been waiting longer than 10 working days, please email us at [email protected] so we can try to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. 

If you have ordered a copy of the digital issue you should receive your copy within 24 hours. If you have not received your digital copy within 24 hours, please email [email protected] so we can try to resolve this for you.
